We conduct construction, expansion and renovation projects for the public and private sectors and property companies in Skåne.

Byggmästar’n i Skåne AB is a medium-sized, privately owned, independent construction company founded in 1993. The company has 200 employees, who jointly conduct sales totaling approximately SEK 600 000 000. Our customers include private industry, major Swedish property companies and public administration services. Our operations are primarily conducted in western Skåne from our three offices in Arlöv (Malmö), Landskrona and Helsingborg.

    Professional industrial builder
    Since breaking ground on our first building, we have conducted construction projects for the industrial and commercial sectors in Skåne, working with a number of large and well-known customers over the years.

    Industrial construction is a key aspect of our production operations. Thanks to our knowledge and expertise in the area, customers usually follow up one construction project with several more. New partnerships are often started at an early stage of the selective procurement process or turnkey service.

    Since several of our customers are listed companies, and thus exposed to intense international competition, we as an industrial builder often face new requirements and challenges, ranging from short construction periods to technically complicated civil engineering projects.

    Over the years, we have continuously been entrusted with the task of conducting construction projects on behalf of the Skåne Region and a number of municipalities in Skåne. It is our job to ensure that this trust is preserved. Cooperation with professional and competent customers in the public sector contributes actively to our development as a quality-conscious construction company.     We renovate and rebuild
    The lifetime of most buildings far exceeds their original function. They need to be renovated, adapted and rebuilt several times throughout the years. Accordingly, projects of this sort are a key component of our daily operations, sometimes so frequent and continuous that we feel like part of the customer’s organization.

We are often required to perform construction projects on buildings that are already in use, making it essential that we provide a smooth transition for the people working in the middle of our building production.

    We are particularly deeply committed to and possess considerable expertise concerning environmental and energy issues, and are more than willing to help you review your existing properties or provide assistance when considering building new ones. Reducing energy consumption is crucial for our future environment, and properties throughout Sweden are extremely energy intensive.

    We conduct construction, expansion and renovation projects for industrial customers, apartment building companies and public administration services based on both function contracts and contracts limited to construction work. We have renovated and expanded schools/preschools, hospital wards, care residences, homes for the elderly, office and industrial premises and apartment buildings, and performed careful restoration of fragile old buildings.
